LB ARON 4 by Lenty LB ARON 4 by Lenty
As a combination of elegance and sportiness the LB Aron is a design study of a 2-seater sportscar based on the Audi R8.
While the bodywork is built out of an eco-friendly, renewable fiberglas the engine solution comprises of a hydrogenic fuel cell and four electronic wheel hub motors.
Like in the Audi the engine (fuel cell) and the tank are located in the middle which assures a perfect weight distribution.
To be more flexible in the city the car provides the opportunity to steer even with the back wheels. Parking gets to a piece of cake.

SMH. This car is on point. I actually like the dark/moody renders in the "Candy" and "Motion". To me, it makes the stylish lights stand out. How long did it take to model?

To design and model.. i think it took me about a couple of month, buuuuuuut to get finished with it nearly made me crazy :P
i always wanted to finish it before sharing.. but after one year of just "thinking how to go on" i decided to share it..

i'm looking forward to make a little animation.. the only problem is, you need 23frames per sec and to render one frame takes about 30-50min (with my dualcore -.-)

Ouch @ 30-50 min renders on dual-core. The time is the ONLY thing that discourages me from modeling my own car, especially a self-design car at that. I know modeling a car myself will warrant a higher appreciation on time spent rendering.

yeah.. but the rendering is the fruit of your hard work.. ;)
the longer it takes, the better it gets ^^

not true but a good motivation :D
